Tractor’s Detailed Rules of Warranty Period
Warranty Period: 24 months
Engine System
• Parts: Cylinder block, cylinder head, flywheel & housing, Gears, pulley and theoil sump
• Phenomenon: break, crack, sand hole
• Reason: Caused by materials or manufacturing defects
Transmission system
• Parts: Gearbox and rear axle housing, Front axle bracket, front axle housing,
• Phenomenon: break, crack, serious abrasion
• Reason: Under normal operation, not caused by maintenance reason.
Hydraulic system
• Parts: lifter housing, shaft, lifter arm
• Phenomenon: break, crack, sand hole
• Reason: Under normal load& operation, not caused by improper adjust
Warranty Period: 12 months
Engine System
• Parts: Gears, Crankshaft, connecting rod, valve rocker shaft, fuel pump (except for plunger components, oil delivery valve, seat and spring) rocker, valve spring, Oil pump, water pump, oil feed pump, turbocharger
• Phenomenon: break, crack distortion, serious abrasion, malfunction
• Reason: Under normal operation, not caused by maintenance reason.
• Parts: Radiator, fuel oil tank
• Phenomenon: Crack, leakage
• Reason: Under normal maintenance, not caused by outer force or abrasion.
Transmission system
• Parts: operating parts of the clutch and gearbox, fork, fork shaft, front driving axle transmission parts( gears, shafts), Clutch cover and pressure plate, Front driving axle steering drawbar, steering knuckle, wheel hub and rim.
• Phenomenon: break, crack distortion, Split crack, serious abrasion
• Reason: Under normal operation, not caused by maintenance reason.
• Parts: Separating bearing, separating lever
• Phenomenon: Burning
• Reason: Under normal operation, not caused by improper adjust
Hydraulic system
• Parts: Gear pump, distributor, steering gear, multi-way valve cylinder, cylinder sleeve, piston, sliding valve, Three point linkages and swing drawbar and hitch
• Phenomenon: malfunction, serious abrasion, break, crack
• Reason: Not caused by oil leakage, outer force or overload, deteriorate oil.
• Parts: Rubber pipe, steel pipe, pipe joint
• Phenomenon: sand hole, split unstable connection, oil leakage broken
• Reason: Under normal operation, not caused by outer force.
Cab & body panel
• Parts: Cab, safety shelf
• Phenomenon: Split, serious torsion
• Reason: Under normal operation, not caused by outer force.
Warranty Period: 6 months
Engine System
• Parts: cylinder sleeve, piston pin, piston, crankshaft bearing, connecting rod bearing, piston ring, crankshaft front and rear oil sealing ring, camshaft bearing, rocker shaft bearing, fuel oil pump plunger matching parts, oildelivery valve matching parts and spring fuel injector matching part
• Phenomenon: serious abrasion
• Reason: Not caused by dirty air, bad quality oil, overheats, or wrong maintenance.
• Parts: Intake and exhaust manifolds, muffler
• Phenomenon: break, crack
• Reason: Under normal operation, not caused by bolt improper fastening or outer force.
Transmission system
• Parts: operating parts of the clutch and gearbox, fork, fork shaft, front driving axle transmission parts( gears, shafts), Clutch cover and pressure plate, Front driving axle steering drawbar, steering knuckle, wheel hub and rim.

Tires
• Phenomenon: tire surface bulging caused by manufacture problems
• Reason: foreign matters in the rubbers, uneven of the 2 sides, rigidity of the rubber, Except for the air pressure
Electrical system
• Parts: Generator, starting motor, wiper motor, battery, wiring harness, combined meter, warm air blower, A/C motor, Electrical unit of the electrical hitch, Relays, sensors, horns, switches
• Phenomenon: malfunction
• Reason: Not caused by electrical short circuit or wrong maintenance
Other systems
• Parts: Accelerating wire, extinguish wire, bonnet lock, pneumatic spring
• Phenomenon: malfunction
• Reason: Under normal operation, not caused by outer force
• Parts: Non-manual lubricating bearing, shaft sleeve etc...
• Phenomenon: Crushing, serious abrasion
• Reason: Not caused by adjusting or maintenance reason.
Warranty Period: 0 months
Transmission system
• Parts: Clutch friction disc, brake friction disc
• Phenomenon: Burning abrasion
Other systems
• Parts: Appearance parts, bonnet cover, mud fender, glass etc…
• Phenomenon: scratch distortion split
• Reason: Caused by the split of the framework or binding materials during the shipping or transportation process
• Parts: Manual lubricating bearing, shaft sleeve etc…
• Phenomenon: Crushing, serious abrasion
Easy damage parts
• Parts: All kinds of filter elements, glass parts, textile parts, leather parts, back-sight mirrors, mirrors inside the cab, bulbs, lampshades, fuse pipes, tool kit, oil sealing rings, water sealing rings, other rubber parts, standard parts like bolts and washers, sealing gaskets
• Reason: Broken during work or transportation
